**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in a stunning Michelin-starred establishment.
The ideal candidate will have great knowledge of all main kitchen sections to at least 3 AA Rosettes / 1 Michelin Star.
As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with menu planning and preparation
* Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
* Leading a team of junior chefs and providing guidance and support as needed

**Working Hours and Location:**
The successful candidate will work 4 days on and 3 days off, with immediate start available. The location is in Central London.
