Location: Corby
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, training, motivating, and managing the operational team to ensure optimal performance for Arvato and our customers.
Your Tasks
* Lead and manage the team to achieve and exceed SLAs
* Ensure health, safety, and welfare in line with legislation
* Distribute work orders and manage employee workloads
* Coordinate and implement processes, and plan daily business activities
* Serve as the first point of contact for process and technical faults, forwarding reports to relevant departments
* Identify issues and initiate corrective actions, monitoring success
* Work with the SAP system
* Collaborate with the Workforce Planner to ensure resource planning aligns with budgets, forecasts, and client requirements
* Participate in resource planning for staff and infrastructure
* Create and evaluate reports
* Ensure adherence to quality and service level standards
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, warehouse layout, and systematic improvements, empowering teams to deliver excellence
* Develop team skills, competencies, and behaviors to support career growth and achieve business results
Your Profile
We seek someone with the ability and desire to lead and motivate a team, with knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. You should thrive in a fast-paced, pressurized environment, be reliable, punctual, and flexible. An energetic, enthusiastic, results-driven attitude, along with excellent communication and customer engagement skills, are essential due to regular interactions with customers.
