The role:
Hire and Sales Coordinator
* 40 hours per week
* Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all hire and sales quotes and orders in a timely manner
* Build relationships with customers and maximise sale opportunities wherever possible
* Liaise with depot staff to ensure all hire and sales orders/collections are fulfilled efficiently and customers are satisfied with our service
* Ensure stock levels remain repleted to continue to meet customer demand.
* Efficiently resolve any customer queries and issues as they arise, liaising with the Depot Manager where necessary.
* Accurately update the customer database in line with company requirements following a call
About you:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Organised with good interpersonal skills
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
