Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Food Production Associate in a highly customer-facing role. You will focus on the preparation of our signature pastas, prepared foods, and home meal replacements (HMRs) while strictly adhering to our highest customer service standards. You will be responsible for executing recipes with exceptional attention to detail, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and actively engaging with guests to ensure all products and interactions meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Maintain product excellence and reduce food waste through the precise measurement, weighing, and portioning of ingredients.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
* Dedicated to cultivating meaningful guest relationships with a "guest-first" mentality, readily prioritizing immediate customer engagement and support above all other operational duties.
Requirements
* Familiarity with following standardized recipes and yield guides to ensure product consistency
* Prepare all pasta and food items according to standardized recipes to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and appearance
* Accurately measure, weigh, and portion ingredients to maintain product standards and minimize food waste.
* Assist in the rotation of stock using "First In, First Out" (FIFO) methods to ensure all prepared items are as fresh as possible.
* Proactive in building positive customer rapport; always willing to drop the task at hand to prioritize the guest experience and ensure immediate assistance.
