Your Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and lead one of our sensory panels.
2. Prepare tests, organize sessions, manage samples, and develop test questionnaires.
3. Conduct sessions including descriptive profiling, temporal assessment, and discrimination testing.
4. Follow-up and monitor panelists’ performance.
Other responsibilities
1. Assist with statistical analysis and data visualisation.
2. Support report writing for clients.
3. Participate in the management of the facility, including test planning and product supply.
4. Contribute to quality assurance processes.
5. Collaborate closely with team members to support broader business needs.
Your Profile
* University degree, ideally in food science, social sciences, psychology, statistics, or economics.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
* Confident in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Strong social skills and an enthusiastic team player.
* Experience in project management or sensory panel operation is desirable.
