Talent Business Partner

We're looking for a strategic and forward‑thinking Talent Business Partner to join us on a permanent, full-time basis to shape and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience across our organisation.

In this role, you will design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract high‑calibre candidates aligned with our values, broaden our talent pools, and strengthen diversity. You'll lead a responsive, cost‑effective recruitment service that evolves with the needs of the business.

You'll play a key role in enhancing the recruitment capabilities of our Executive, Leadership, and People teams empowering them to recruit confidently, compliantly, and in line with our People and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategies. From attraction through to onboarding and early retention, you will provide expert guidance to ensure a seamless, positive candidate journey that supports our ambition to be an employer of choice within the industry.

To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:

* £56,520 per annum
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Basis: Full time
* Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility
* BUPA healthcare cash plan, life assurance.
* Formal qualifications and paid professional membership
