Responsibilities
* The Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales forecasting, effective scheduling, cost of sales control, and maintaining high operational standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver operational excellence, and develop individuals to reach their potential.
* Manage and motivate a team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction, particularly in peak hours and weekends.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience running a fast-paced, customer-led QSR, restaurant, or hospitality store as a Store/General Manager.
* Flexible with working hours due to evenings, late nights, and weekends.
Compensation
For the right candidate, a basic salary of £31,000 to £33,000 per annum dependent on experience.
