Customer Service Apprentice / Practitioner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our client's retail team. You'll undertake a Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship (Level 3) to help support you in your journey to becoming a key account supervisor. During this time you will receive on the job training from our client's friendly sales team.

Our client:
They are a UK upholstery furniture manufacturer: designing, developing and producing a range of vintage, contemporary, leather and fabric sofas as well as upholstered bed and stools.
The role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday: TBC
Total working hours: 37
What you will do in your working day:
7. Supporting customers through the buying process in our showroom, on the phone and via email
8. Entering new orders
9. Track and file delivery notes for customers fabrics arriving
10. Providing updates on live orders working through production
11. Deal with customer queries or complaints
12. Produce quote documents and collect payments from customers
13. Allocate any of your customers returns coming back into the building
14. Help the wider sales team with any other queries
The training you will receive:
15. Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification
16. All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
17. Functional skills in English & maths if required
Future prospects:
Potential contract extension or full employment
Qualifications required:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* – C 9/4) – Desirable
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A* – C 9/4) – Desirable
Desired Skills:
18. Strong organisational and communication skills to deliver great customer service in a confident manner
19. Computer literate – including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, & email
20. Excellent timekeeping skills
21. Customer Service experience preferred
