Our Scunthorpe branch are currently recruiting for a motivated Tyre Fitter to join their team. As part of a small team your role will be integral to providing a high level of customer service. The branch offers a quality Fast Fit Service to our customers, including but not limited to, tyre fitting (car, van & 4×4), alignments, batteries, exhausts ect, in addition to mobile tyre fitting. Role Purpose Day to day you will be carrying out tyre fitting, balancing and puncture repairs, wheel alignment checks and adjustments. Fast fitting experience (batteries, brakes ect) is desireable but not essential Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements, including policies and procedures Communicate the Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs”. Key Duties And Responsibilities Deliver work to the highest standard to fulfil our high customer service standards Self educate on tyre technical information with the assistance of internal and external training courses Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail. Contribute to good housekeeping routines Fast Fit/Mechanical experience is desireable, but not essential. We offer full in-house training and graded assessments with qualified trainers, so full training on all aspects of the role can be given. This role is 42 hours per week and salary is dependant on experience.
