About the role
Sitting within our well-respected UK Adecco Group Bid Team and reporting directly to the Head of Bid Management, this role would be responsible for owning the entire end-to-end bid process for tenders across our Gain, Grow and Retain portfolio. Responding to tenders mainly for our Adecco brand, you’ll be coordinating a team of Sales, Solutions and in-house subject matter experts to gather required information and create compelling written responses.
What you’ll be doing
* The creation of written bid responses which meet client requirements and specifications across all stages of the bid lifecycle (RFI/PQQ/RFP/ITT/Presentation)
* The bid process from receipt of tender through to contract award
* Virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project management / delivery.
* With the Sales lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling.
* Engaging, creative bids and proposals that articulate our solution and differentiate us from the competition
* With subject matter experts across the business (sales, solutions, legal, finance, marketing etc) for their input to the bid and escalating proposal risks
* Market events to further the knowledge within the team as required
About you
* Ability to self-motivate and own a project from inception to completion, leading and coordinating all parties as required
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Highly motivated with a results-driven background
* Able to demonstrate both independent working/self-management and the ability to work well/lead pursuit teams
* Builds open, honest and realistic relationships with colleagues
* Organised, reliable and acts with integrity
* Seeks feedback from other in order to learn and develop

We will require you to have experience of:
Bid management experience required.
* Excellent written skills and experience in articulating solutions and requirements
* Project management skills
* Experience working within deadline driven environments
* Background in, or knowledge of, recruitment solutions – MSP/RPO etc preferred APMP qualification preferred
