We are looking for someone that: Can take ownership for growth and development of the Key Accounts Department, striving to consistently achieve the Key Accounts Department Budget. Monitor trends with customers to identify downtrading and up-trading accounts, with an action plan to rectify or enhance. Can build and maintain productive relationships with key account customers/suppliers/branch network and key stakeholders. Demonstrates a real passion for outstanding customer service, nurturing and fostering partnering arrangements to maximize potential sales and margin. Management of Key Accounts Internal Sales Assistants and External Key Account Managers. Why choose LBS?
