What you'll do as an ASD Teaching Assistant:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with Autism
Support communication and social interaction development
Adapt classroom activities where required
Work closely with teachers and SENCO
Help maintain a calm learning environmentWhat we're looking for in an ASD Teaching Assistant:
Experience supporting pupils with ASD (desirable)
Patient and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills
