Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

The Role
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of projects, including residential development, rural diversification schemes, commercial proposals, and strategic land promotions.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
* Undertaking site appraisals and preparing planning statements
* Providing strategic advice to clients
* Managing projects from instruction through to determination
* Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
* Supporting business development activities
* At Senior level, mentoring junior colleagues and fostering client relationships
About You
* MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
* Experience within a consultancy or local authority planning environment
* Strong understanding of the UK planning system
* Ability to manage projects independently (particularly at Senior level)
* Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
