Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for LSA's to work within our client SEN specialist school located in Haywards Heath.
The school is a SEN specialist school that supports boys aged 5-11 with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH) and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

CONTRACT DETAILS
* Location - Haywards Heath (West Sussex)
* Contract or position start date - ASAP
* Full time/part time - Full time
* Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP13.96 per hour
* Hours - 08:40am - 15:55pm
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
Calming mannerisms in challenging situations.
Strong behaviour management skills while creating a fun learning environment.
Driven to motivate the pupil and increase his participation.
The ability to grow individual personal development.
Be caring, patient and have good communication skills.
Be self-reflective, have a willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
Experience supporting an individual with Autism/SEMH
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
