Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: You’ll be joining a vibrant household of exceptional individuals aged between 50 and 75, each with unique personalities and interests. Your role will involve: Supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism Helping with daily living, personal care, and medication Encouraging independence and community involvement Driving the minibus for outings—so a full UK manual driving licence is a real bonus! You’ll be based in one home, working with the same people each day, allowing you to build strong, lasting relationships and make a real impact. No experience? No problem.
