Taking care of overall Facility & Admin activities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.
2. Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
3. Coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
4. Monitoring energy consumption readings.
5. DG maintenance.
6. Maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components.
7. Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
8. Handling relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tracks, and encoders.
9. Supporting production safely and customer-focused.
10. Performing minor refurbishment and upgrades of building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts.
11. Conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers.
12. Maintaining, oiling, and greasing carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
13. Attending electrical works regularly.
14. Issuing height work and hot work permits.
15. Handling minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
16. Providing daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and root cause analysis (RCA).
17. Updating tools inventory.
18. Executing PPM schedule maintenance.
19. Managing soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, and scrap & garbage disposal, including handling agency staff and overall shift management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation with 2 years of experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation with 3 years of experience.
