Location: Huddersfield (on‑site / hybrid depending on business need) Contract: Temporary, 3-6 monthsStart Date: End of March 2026 Salary: Competitive, paid weekly via Hays Your New Company Hays Human Resources are working with a well‑established organisation in Huddersfield who require an experienced HR Advisor to provide specialist support during a busy operational period. You will join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of HR service delivery. Your New Role As the Temporary HR Advisor, you will focus predominantly on employee relations casework. You will work closely with managers to provide expert guidance across a broad range of ER issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policy.
