Peripatetic Clinical Quality Manager Complex Care Services Salary: £45,000 Paid Mileage Full-time | Travel Required I am currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Peripatetic Clinical Quality Manager. This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for a registered nurse who is passionate about driving high-quality, person-centred care across complex care services. This role offers the chance to work at a strategic and operational level, supporting multiple services that care for individuals with complex physical health needs and behaviours. The Role As a Peripatetic Clinical Quality Manager, you will provide specialist clinical oversight across a portfolio of services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant care. Working closely with the Head of Complex Care, you will travel between services to offer hands-on leadership, support, and guidance to both managers and frontline teams. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening clinical practice, and ensuring services consistently meet and exceed regulatory standards. Essential: Registered Nurse (NMC) Minimum 5 years’ nursing experience Proven experience in a leadership or management capacity Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills Experience supporting teams within healthcare settings Knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and risk management Ability to work independently across multiple sites Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Desirable: Management qualification Experience with acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours Understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks Personal Attributes Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to influence and support teams at all levels Highly organised with excellent problem-solving ability Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Committed to continuous improvement and high standards of care How to apply?
