Pay: £19.00-£22.00 per hour Job Description: Job Description – Plumber Main Purpose To ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme is completed in accordance with required specifications and work packages. This includes planned tasks, reactive works, compliance activities and general upkeep of plumbing systems and associated building services. This is working at a high secure facility Key Responsibilities * Carry out routine and non‑routine maintenance tasks. * Diagnose and repair faults across plumbing systems. * Identify and replace life‑expired equipment. * Perform inspections, water sampling and risk assessments. * Undertake repairs to mains water supplies. * Ensure all work is delivered safely and in accordance with method statements and risk assessments. * Reduce waste and support continuous improvement across operational processes. * Ensure all statutory compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time. * Work safely at height and outdoors in various weather conditions, when required.
