Make an impact every day, We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide high-level support to our Executive Director of Homes & Communities. If you're organised, proactive and confident managing complex priorities—and you enjoy keeping people and projects on track—this could be the perfect next step.


What you'll do

* Act as the Executive Director’s main point of contact, building strong relationships across PCH and with external partners.
* Manage a busy diary and inbox, ensuring time is used effectively and priorities stay on track.
* Plan and support meetings, take accurate minutes and maintain action trackers.
* Prepare clear briefing papers, reports and presentations.
* Coordinate travel, events and conferences.
* Support key projects by tracking progress against key milestones, highlighting risks and keeping timelines moving.
* Maintain a schedule of Board reports and committee papers, monitoring submission deadlines and coordinating with project leads.
* Undertake horizon‑scanning to identify emerging legislation, regulatory requirements, sector developments and policy changes relevant to the Homes & Communities directorate.
* Provide administrative support across recruitment, People & Culture processes and digital record management.

* Comfortable coordinating projects and using Microsoft 365 tools.
