We are seeking an Access Management Manager, with a proven track record of working with Active Directory and Entra, to join our security team. You will be responsible for implementing and managing our organisation's access control processes and systems, ensuring the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time, while maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance.

You will be leading a team of 5 within our Security Resilience and Technology department. As part of the security team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling change across the society. You will need to work closely with key stakeholders in IT, Security, HR, and other business units to ensure seamless integration of access management processes.

What Will You Be Doing?

* Lead and coordinate activities to support the secure operation of access management, including joiners, movers, leavers, and Active Directory access.
* Ensure secure operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM), protecting sensitive credentials and privileged accounts through monitoring, policy enforcement, and risk mitigation.
* Lead and inspire through role modelling, supporting a high-performance culture and delivering results effectively.

What Do We Need From You?

* Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders, explaining access security concepts clearly to ensure buy-in.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables and reports.
* Experience leading a team in access management.
* Relevant industry expertise or qualifications, e.g., ITIL Practitioner.
