Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a legal assistant or secretary, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation
* Proven audio typing skills (65+ wpm)
* Strong command of English spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Friendly, professional telephone manner and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
