Rate of Pay: £7.55–£12.21 per hour (age‑dependent)

Shifts: As required, including weekends

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Providing lifeguard supervision and ensuring a safe, relaxing environment for all leisure guests.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the pool, gym, and public areas.
Assisting guests at reception with queries, check‑ins, bookings, and lost property.
Helping with daily operations, including opening and closing the leisure facilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A valid Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ or equivalent) – essential.
A warm, welcoming approach and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
