Overview
Working with an established food business in North Yorkshire that manufactures premium products for top tier retailers, we are looking for a Technical Manager to lead our Technical and Quality teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Technical and Quality teams and be responsible for driving food quality, food safety and integrity standards within the factory.
* Lead the Technical Services team responsible for updating and maintaining the QMS.
* Conduct audits and ensure any corrective actions are implemented.
Qualifications
* Experience of leading and developing a QA team within a high care food manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge and experience of HACCP, BRC and retailer standards.
* Drive to deliver the highest standards of food quality, safety and integrity.
