Learning & Development Facilitator – North Region
£32,000 – £35,000 | Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Covering Merseyside, Cheshire & West Midlands
Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle required
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional or current manager who is ready to transition into a dedicated learning and development position. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality training across multiple services, supporting staff development and promoting best practice throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face training including CPI, EFAW and Moving & Handling
* Support induction, onboarding and refresher training programmes
* Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance standards are met
* Use digital learning platforms to track progress and report on training activity
* Work closely with managers and the wider L&D team to support workforce development
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* A strong background in health and social care
* Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring others
* Confident presentation and communication skills
* Good understanding of compliance within regulated care environments
* Strong organisation skills and a proactive, people‑focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
