Our client is a leading print management company at the forefront of technology. They are on the search for an Operations Manager to control all functions in line with strategic business objectives, delivering exceptional customer service. At the same time, you will balance commercial returns through judicious pricing, operational efficiency, material optimisation and good cost control to deliver profitability targets.
Our highly ambitious client is looking for an excellent leader with strong experience at management level and natural commercial acumen. This key role requires a process orientated individual who is ambitious and influential. We seek someone with strong client engagement skills, strategic thinking skills and the ability to drive forward business development opportunities and streamline efficiencies across the board, where appropriate.
A key aspect to this role will be the identification of UK and international suppliers. We are therefore looking for candidates with procurement experience, whether that be as a specific job function, or as part of a wider role. We are looking for someone who has a proven and quantifiable track record of success in delivering results. You will have a demonstrated aptitude for creative problem solving, analytics and project management. You will embody a culture of taking smart risks and innovating to win.
Ideally, you will have a working knowledge and understanding of the MIS systems, tools and calculators, along with a a good range of IT skills.
