Job Description:
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need to live independently. Your role will include a variety of tasks tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them maintain their dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving licence & own vehicle required
* Provide personal care
* Assist with mobility and transferring
* Support with medication administration
* Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
* Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Assist with shopping and running errands
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' health and well-being
* Maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
