Job Description
Our client, a leading global organisation is currently recruiting for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their team on a contract basis until the end of 2025.Key duties will include but are not limited to:
* Writing code that creates new programs to meet the customer requirements
* Producing relevant project artifacts as required by the software development process
* Contributing to the technology roadmap pipeline
* Developing software verification plans with test engineers
* Assist on quality complaints from the field, providing technical support and understanding root causes
* Providing support on manufacturing processes and methods to meet product requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience working with bare metal systems
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong low-level programming skills in embedded C
* Experience writing test scripts using Python
* Experience working with debugging tools
* Experience working with low level device interfaces
* Experience working in an agile environment
* Knowledge about control system theory in motion control
