We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our busy Risk and Assurance Team.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use initiative to solve problems and manage competing priorities effectively.
This is a hybrid or remote permanent contract.
There may be an infrequent need to travel to our head offices based in London and Manchester.
We offer immediate start for a successful candidate.
Main Responsibilities
You will play a key role in supporting the wider team, maintaining high-quality data and maintain effective systems, that contribute to robust governance processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Information and System Support Manager, to cleanse, analyse data and support the production of reports used across a range of governance groups within the organisation.
This is also an exciting opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in administering and enhancing our incident and quality management system, Vantage.

The Ideal Candidate
Key to the role are excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences. Strong analytical skills with evidence of effective problem-solving abilities. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial. As this role sits in a fast-paced environment it is essential that you have a high degree of organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly
You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams. The ideal candidate would be comfortable with Excel to produce graphs and dashboards to a high standard. Whilst not essential an understanding of other reporting applications e.g. Power BI or Tableau would be useful to the role.
Experience of diary management and coordinating meeting, including supporting agenda setting and minute taking.
Whilst not essential having a health and / or social care understanding would be advantageous. Having experience of contributing to qualitative and / or quantitative report writing. Experience of cleansing data, being able to spot errors and analysing large volumes of data would also be valuable.
