Due to growth, we are hiring a Business Development Manager. In this high-impact role, you will own the full sales cycle, work directly with senior stakeholders, and sell solutions that transform how public sector organisations serve their communities. Every deal you close directly impacts real people and you will be rewarded for it.

What you'll do

· Own and drive new business across your territory, from prospecting to close

· Sell enterprise-grade digital solutions (50k–200k) to senior decision-makers

· Build and maintain a strategic 3–12 month pipeline

· Develop strong, value-driven relationships in Housing and Local Government

· Research clients' current challenges, and digital goals

· Deliver killer presentations, business cases, and proposals

· Work with marketing to leverage campaigns, content, and lead generation

Who we're after

· A B2B software sales pro who has consistently smashed targets

· Someone who knows the public sector or can learn it fast

· A consultative seller who thrives on uncovering needs and managing complex deals

· A self-starter who owns their pipeline, outreach, and bids

· A persuasive communicator, sharp listener, and confident storyteller

· Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)

· AI-powered Customer and Employee Portals

· Website and Intranet Solutions

· Business Process Automation

· System Integration and Data Orchestration

· Brand and Design Services

What you'll get

· Up to 60,000 base salary depending on experience

· OTE 100,000–120,000 uncapped
