The Role: * Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons adapted to meet a range of SEMH and additional learning needs. * Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils to promote positive behaviour and emotional development. * Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, behaviour mentors, and therapists. * Contribute to a safe, structured, and caring school community. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS). * Experience teaching pupils with SEMH, behavioural, or complex needs (mainstream or special school). * A calm, positive, and patient approach with excellent classroom management. * Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to helping every pupil succeed.
