Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the H&B&Me commercial insight strategy, driving data-led growth across B2C and B2B propositions.
* Develop and execute a research and foresight roadmap combining behavioural, market, and platform data.
* Guide measurement and optimisation of loyalty, personalisation, and membership initiatives.
* Track app performance across the brand funnelawareness to retentionidentifying opportunities and gaps.
* Deliver B2B market intelligence, from partner sizing to proposition testing and pilot evaluation.
* Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to embed insight into strategic and day-to-day decisions.
* Build a unified insight framework spanning CLV, churn, acquisition, and competitive benchmarks.

Location:
This role is based in London, and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.
The Person:
Key Requirements:
* Significant experience in commercial insight, performance strategy, or market research roles.
* Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research and test design.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience linking insight to proposition and revenue growth.
* Confident communicator with experience influencing cross-functional leadership.
* Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Metabase, Qualtrics, GWI, or similar.
