Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in Gateshead. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency across processes, and implement strategies to meet company goals. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, monitoring supply chain logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to improve operational processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining high-quality standards in all internal and external practices.
Qualifications
Operational and strategic management skills, including process optimization and project management experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
Experience with data analysis, problem-solving, and performance measurement tools.
