Role:
1. Responsible for new and existing tenancy sign ups in accordance with the organisation’s lettings policies and procedures
2. Support customers with changes to their tenancy
3. To process Tenancy Changes for example, name changes and additions to household ensuring appropriate documentation is obtained for compliance purposes
4. Engage with customers to address rent and service charge arrears, to ensure that all stages of arrears recovery are followed
5. To process Mutual Exchange requests, effectively liaising with Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations & Lettings teams where required
6. Work collaboratively and proactively with property services colleagues to ensure the efficient turnaround of empty homes
Tenancy Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:
7. Previous experience working in Social Housing and dealing with tenancy changes
8. Excellent communication skills
9. UK valid driving licence and driver
