About the Service
Our Outreach Service provides community-based, personalised support to help individuals live as independently as possible across the Greater Glasgow area. Support includes day-to-day living tasks, attending appointments, and taking part in social and community activities such as cafés, cinema trips, and local events.
Services operate 7 days a week, with flexible hours between 8:00am – 10:00pm, starting from individuals’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support with personal care, medication, and healthcare needs
2. Promote independence in line with individual Support Plans
3. Maintain accurate records of support and progress
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and those we support

You don’t need previous care experience — just a genuine passion for supporting others.
