<div><h3>Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) | Nailsea</h3><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong residential conveyancing background who is looking to join a supportive, collaborative team with an established client base and a reputation for delivering exceptional client service.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a broad range of transactions including:</p><ul><li>Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases</li><li>Registered and unregistered titles</li><li>Shared ownership transactions</li><li>New build purchases</li><li>Re-mortgages</li><li>Transfers of equity</li><li>Equity release matters</li></ul><p>Working within a busy and respected team, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards while building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other professionals.</p><h3>About You</h3><p>The successful candidate will:</p><ul><li>Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential property</li><li>Have extensive experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload</li><li>Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
