Overview
The role is responsible for the administration and organisation of all aspects of external examinations in accordance with the regulations laid down by the awarding bodies. This includes the management of the exam invigilators at the school and a small budget.
Responsibilities
Managing the daily running of external examinations, including booking rooms, providing timetables, arranging all required materials and making arrangements for candidates with special educational needs.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be organised, have experience in managing staff and be knowledgeable about the examination process. The right person for this role will be a competent user of MS Office, have a high level of accuracy, be able to meet deadlines, be a good communicator, remain calm under pressure and work effectively through stressful situations.
