A highly regarded West End law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its established property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of secured lending transactions, supporting lenders and borrowers across investment and development finance matters.
The Role
* Assisting on secured real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Drafting and reviewing finance and security documentation, including facility agreements and ancillary documents.
* Preparing and managing conditions precedent checklists.
* Reviewing title documentation and assisting with certificates of title.
* Coordinating completions and liaising with lenders, borrowers and external counsel.
* Handling post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and Companies House filings.
About You
* At least 12 months’ experience in real estate finance within a law firm.
* Strong academic background.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
* Proactive, commercially aware and confident communicating with clients.
