About the role
This is a restaurant-based role with varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays. Your tasks and responsibilities will depend on the daily allocation by your manager.
Key duties include food production line work (kitchen preparation) and preparing and assembling hot/cold dishes ordered by guests, as well as daily cleaning during and after service. From time to time you will also act as a floor host—welcoming guests, assisting with ordering, and managing customer flow. Please be aware we handle Pork meat in our restaurants. Responsibilities
* Prepare and assemble hot and cold dishes for guests
* Carry out kitchen preparation on the food production line
* Clean during and after service
* Occasionally serve as floor host: greet guests, assist with ordering, and manage customer flow
* Work across a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
* Work with pork meat in the restaurant environment
