Whether you are starting from scratch or looking to grow your existing skills, this role is a fantastic stepping stone into a busy, varied, and rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the Payroll Manager and wider team to deliver accurate and efficient payroll services for our varied client base. Your role will include:
* Processing a range of monthly, fortnightly, and weekly payrolls
* Handling payroll administration tasks such as new starters and leavers
* Training to resolve PAYE queries and calculate statutory payments
* Supporting with other legislative and compliance-related tasks
* Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
* Taking ownership of your own client portfolio and workflow

Qualification/Experience
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds — whether you are:
* A college leaver, graduate, or considering a career change
* Already working in payroll and ready to level up
* Motivated, organised, and keen to learn
You don’t need payroll experience or qualifications — just Maths and English GCSEs (Grade A–C/4+) and a willingness to learn. We will take care of any training and development.
