operates
to high clinical standards

This is a
site based
role due to nature of the role with some flexibility working from home.
What will be your key responsibilities? You will
i
dentify
and manage all ‘occupational health’
practices
Comply with local legislation and Mars occupational health practices.
You will m
anage
Case Managment referral
s
and
supervise Health surveillance
clinics,
support site absence
management, and
signpost
to company
medical benefits,
AAP, and
psychological services,
as
appropriate
.
You will
help to
create a
nd support a
healthy and energized associates and work environments.
Report to a Senior UK Occupational Health
and
Wellbeing Manager
What are we looking for? A
n NMC
registered
nurse
qualified to degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health.
Previous
Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse, ideally within and internal OH Team or OH Provider
Work closely with other OH managers
within
the team
and OHP
when
required
.
Always Adhere to NMC and GDPR standards
, and
can
evidence
ongoing CPD and professional development
Support site audits as
required
and take on other duties aligned to your role and experience
You will have the ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will have k
nowledge of relevant national workplace health legislations across the region.
