Head Chef Location: Boundary Outlet - Colne Hours: 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7 Lead the kitchen. Inspire the team. Serve quality. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take the reins at Bannisters, our in-house restaurant at Boundary Outlet. Known for hearty, freshly prepared dishes and excellent customer service, Bannisters is a firm favourite with shoppers looking to relax and refuel. As Head Chef, you’ll lead a dedicated kitchen team, taking pride in delivering quality food in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll bring consistency, and high standards to everything you do — from running the pass and managing stock to developing the team and ensuring compliance with food safety regulation. This is hands on role and you will work alongside our kitchen team. Ensuring every dish goes out looking and tasting the same. You will ensure the kitchen is cleaned on a daily basis and that all prep has been completed for the next day.
