Project Quantity Surveyor - High-Spec Residential
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: Up to £75k + Package
The Role
An award-winning high-spec residential contractor is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Farnham, Surrey. You'll take full commercial responsibility for luxury residential projects, working directly with high-net-worth clients and delivering some of the UK's most prestigious homes.
Location: Farnham HQ, with regular local project visits - ideal for candidates based in Surrey.
Flexibility: 1 day remote initially, increasing to 2 days once established.
Projects: Bespoke, high-value homes for private clients and in-house developments.
Progression: Clear pathway to Senior QS for strong performers. What You'll Do
Manage two new projects from pre-construction to completion.
Lead on procurement, valuations, cost control, and client liaison.
Be the commercial lead on your projects, supported by senior leadership.
Build strong client relationships while developing expertise in the luxury residential sector. The Company

With a turnover of c.£30m, they deliver both new build and refurbishment schemes, blending craftsmanship, structural expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. Their work ranges from exclusive London properties to bespoke country estates, supported by specialist divisions covering construction, bespoke commissions, and aftercare. Known for their financial stability, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality, they are a leading name in the high-spec residential sector.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (high-spec/prime residential preferred).
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to run projects independently.
Experience across procurement, cost management, valuations, and client-facing duties.
Proactive, problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills. Rewards
