Role: Executive Search Consultant
Location: Leeds - 4 minute walk from the train station!
Salary: Base £26k, commission OTE £50k+
What is Executive Search?
Think recruitment, but for top-tier firms and candidates in the USA. You will work with award-winning Construction, Tech & Life Science firms to secure the senior leaders of their organization. Think: CEO, CFO, VP Project Exec, Senior PM. These individuals only move strategically and often aren't looking for their next employer, it's in your hands to influence and guide that process. Senior leaders don't come cheap, and aren't easy to find - companies pay thousands for your expertise in the market and hiring support!
What does a day Look like in Executive Search?
* LinkedIn networking - projects to find candidates with the right profile.
* Keeping CRM systems updated
* Cold calling target companies and areas
* Texting meticulously formed lists of individuals
* Business development - calls and emails
* Keeping on top of admin
* Booking in interviews and taking feedback calls
* Terms and contract negotiations
Who do you need to be?

* Within a 30 minute commute of Leeds City Centre
* Able to be onsite Mon-Fri
