To lead business development, client acquisition, and sales growth in the pharmacy sector by promoting pharmaceutical services, managing customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in line with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and institutional clients.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to propose innovative solutions.
* Support marketing campaigns, including digital and print strategies, aligned with pharmacy services.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
* Ensure all business development activities comply with UK healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.
Essential Skills & Competencies
* Strong business development and sales skills, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client portfolios.
* Knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical market and healthcare compliance requirements (desirable).
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent).
* Experience in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
* Professional certifications in sales/marketing will be an advantage.
