Salary: up to £28,097 Dependent on experience.

What will I be doing?
A typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor:
* Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members. Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members.
* Handle inquiries, appointments and follow up calls in a professional and timely manner.
* Manage the membership sign up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system and processing payments.
* Maintain accurate and up to date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics.
* Collaborate with the spa and leisure teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members.
* Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls, and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty
* Promote services and events to current and prospective members.
* Attend weekly calls to discuss KPI performance

* Have strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer focused attitude.
* A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
* The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility.
* The ability to work to deadlines and be KPI driven.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
It would be desirable if you had previous experience in a sales, customer service or fitness environment along with strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
