Role Overview We are seeking proactive graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers, working closely with the Managing Director in a focused, small-office environment. This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment processes, supporting business growth in a high-impact setting. Key Responsibilities Source and engage candidates for current recruitment briefs Manage job mandates efficiently and accurately Support client-focused consultants and business development efforts Foster a collaborative, results-driven office culture Career Development Initial focus on candidate sourcing and delivery within a 180 role Opportunities to progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Business Development role Potential for long-term growth, including leadership and equity options Working Conditions Monday to Thursday: Full workdays in a focused, performance-oriented environment Friday: Day off or half day depending on targets (3 day weekend!)
