We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends and Bank Holidays.
Key Responsibilities
 * Assist in the preparation of food to a high standard.
 * Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area, including equipment and appliances.
 * Receive, check, and safely store kitchen deliveries.
 * Follow cleaning procedures for surfaces and equipment.
 * Ensure areas are well-presented and maintain a professional environment.
 * Practice safe systems of work and adhere to health & safety legislation.
 * Act professionally and foster teamwork.
 * Store supplies and equipment safely.
 * Read and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
 * Strong organizational skills.
 * Basic understanding of food safety and handling principles.
 * Attention to detail.
 * Good communication skills.
 * Team player.
 * Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is advantageous.
 * Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures.

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £12.21 Per Hour
Shift: Days
Hours: 36 hours per week
