Sales Manager - Hinckley
Up to £40,000 basic + OTE £60,000+ per year

We need a Sales Manager who is used to high energy, a fast paced environment, and simply keeping sales staff under control. We want someone who is strong headed who isn't afraid to speak up, who has ideas to share in an ever growing environment, and proven success in supporting sales staff to be the best they can be.
As a Sales Manager you'll be involved with the following:
Interviewing potential new staff members for your team
Supporting with coaching, training and ongoing development
Helping the BDMs via their career pathways to progress to the next level
Completing morning huddles daily to set goals for the day
121's, setting KPIs, and demo target management
Managing a team of 10-12 BDMs throughout the dayYou'll be responsible for 12 Sales Consultants on your team, working closely to bring out the best in them. The better your team perform, the more commission you will earn. You'll be paid monthly, typically received a minimum of £1,000 per month upwards.
Incentives, regular shout outs, deal songs, cash prizes, extra bonuses and employee of the month & quarter awards are the norm here. We are not saying this role is easy, however we are saying we reward success, and as a Team Manager, you'll play a huge part in receiving and giving out recognition on a daily basis.

Our current Head of Sales has moved all the way up the ladder to the top, and the sole reason why this position is available is because our current Sales Manager has just been promoted.
