Job Opportunity: Teacher of Creative Arts
My mainstream secondary school, located a short commute from Didcot, is actively seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Teacher of Creative Arts to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time permanent basis. Experienced teachers, especially those with leadership experience in Creative Arts departments, will have the opportunity to lead the department. To succeed, you will need excellent organizational skills and a passion for planning and marking Creative Arts lessons across key stages 3 to 5. A valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required for this role.

You will join a well-resourced Creative Arts department with new staff members bringing a fresh and dynamic approach. Creative Arts is increasingly popular at GCSE level, making your role crucial in developing a significant number of students. The successful candidate can expect a salary of £31,650 - £49,084, depending on experience, with the possibility of an additional TLR1 for departmental leadership.
